DB _RUNRECOVERY?

I added about a thousand files in a single commit. Although the commit
completed successfully, the database appears to have been corrupted.
 (see below). This is version 0.16.1-r4276

a) How do I run database recovery?
b) How do I collect info for a useful bug report?
