The checksum in .svn/entries does seem to be correct (at least for
win-tests.py), so to fix win-tests.py, I just had to edit
.svn/text-base/win-tests.py.svn-base to fix the line endings instead of
checking out a whole new working copy.

If the checksum was not correct, doing an svn co -N http://.../trunk/
and then copying the text-base and the checksum for win-tests.py should
have fixed it w/o having to do a complete new checkout.
