slow 'svn st'

Ugh, as if we weren't having a bad enough day already...

After recovering from the massive 'svn:eol-style' update, I noticed
that 'svn status' was taking 8-10 seconds to run on my working copy.
It normally takes 1.5 seconds.

Sure enough, on a totally fresh checkout of /trunk, it only takes 1.5
seconds.

I wonder if the timestamps got messed up somehow in my original
updated working copy...
