Please, PLEASE put it in the issue. The issue is the canonical place
for tracking... well, the issue. Anyone picking up this work will
expect to find in the issue all the leads they need. They shouldn't
need to do a Google search to track this stuff down :-).

Just put a date on the new attachment, and a comment saying "obsoletes
previous attachment". That's enough versioning to solve the problem.

If you can't save them any other way, we'll find a way to read the
files. Just get the data up there.
