The 0.16.1 Win32 binaries are now on the file sharing page (sorry about
the delay, but I'm really pressed for time lately). They're built from
the source tarball, and mod_dav_svn is linked against the libraries
built from our httpd-2.0.44-dev tarball plus apr-iconv from
-D'2003-01-06 23:59'.
