.svn/ added to rsync -C exclude list

Morning,

I thought people would be insteaded to know that after it was rasised
on irc last night that rsync --cvs-exclude does not exclude the
".svn/" directory. I sent a patch adding the ".svn/" directiory to the
--cvs-exclude list to the rsync devel mailinglist, they have accepted
the patch and committed it to CVS.
