It happens for me on 4.0.14, 4.1.24 (albeit to a lesser extent) & I'm on
4.1.25 now, but I've not been using it long enough to verify that the
problem still exists.

In my case, its definitely not a DOS because the machine in question is
on a company LAN behind a firewall.
