[ANN] sos2[cvs|svn] script released

By popular demand I've made public the sos2cvs/sos2svn script stuff I
wrote. It is very specialized for developers and repository admins who
wish to maintain a CVS or SVN repository in sync against an SOS server.
Anyone who wants to use it is expected to have some basic familiarities
with branching and possible vendor branches stuff.

The code is quite hackish, specially for the svn part which could be
done in a much cleaner way. This was written for CVS first anyway.
