Oh, it'll get in before 1.0; it's Beta issue #1037, currently assigned
to Mark Benedetto King. The question is getting it in sooner, so
you're not blocked. Mark, any thoughts? Will you have time, or
should Bill try to come up with a patch for you to review, or someone
else work on it entirely?
