Offline Commits? :-) Error in Book

In Appendix A (Subversion for CVS Users), check out the following text:

The .svn administrative directory serves the same purpose as the CVS
directory, except that it also stores "pristine" copies of files. This
allows you to do many things off-line:
   ...
   svn ci
Sends differences to the repository (CVS only sends fulltexts!)

"Hmmm," thought I, "some how that doesn't fit." The first thing I thought
of was to delete that bullet, but obviously someone wants to emphasize
that Subversion has diffy commits, so it could be moved into its own
paragraph. I will write a patch if y'all agree.

Also, I take it that the list is only meant to include offline commands
that are not offline in CVS. Should that be clarified?
