I had found a similiar bug in an unrelated that looks like the same
error message. Basically there is a bug with neon and windows that
exhibit this behavior and Joe Orton was looking into it. My guess is
that this is a similiar issue. If you have a chance, try the same
commit from a non-windows machine and see if it works.
