New FreeBSD ports maintainer for SVN

Hi,

I have assumed maintainership of the FreeBSD port of Subversion
with the permission of Garrett Rooney, the former maintainer.

Right now, the following version of Subversion is in ports:
svn, version 0.16.0 (r3987)

I'll try to do a good job, so go easy on me, I'm new at this. :)

Keep up the good work Subversion developers!
