1538 files where affected, but code change was not huge, I just replaced CVS
keywords with SVN keywords and updated the copyright statements. About 20
edited lines/file. But i did not yet enable keyword substition by adding the
appropriate meta data.

As for the commit output: no output has been generated after i closed vim
where I entered my log message.
