No wonder I got a gazillion merGes when I updated prior to committing
my copyright year update just now!

However, you clobbered the 2002 copyright on these files (it should be
2002-2003, not 2000-2003):

    libsvn_ra_svn/client.c
    libsvn_ra_svn/editor.c

    svnserve/serve.c
    svnserve/server.h

Which leaves me with exactly 11 conflicts in my working copy. :-)
