Hey! I got it as well!

And it's against the subversion main repository. And it's
reproduceable.

  svn, version 0.15.0 (dev build)
     compiled Dec 3 2002, 21:48:28

It happened after a whole load of files updated:

| U tools/client-side/vc-svn.el
| U tools/cvs2svn/cvs2svn.py
| subversion/libsvn_delta/text_delta.c:463: (apr_err=200003, src_err=0)
| svn: Incomplete data
| svn: Delta source ended unexpectedly

And now it happens consistently when I type 'svn up'.

So, if there's something someone wants me to do, just holler.
