Sorry, I wasn't clear and hadn't checked your attached packet capture
yet. In my case the response WAS gzipped twice. I see yours wasn't.
Maybe it's a different bug?

hmmm... now I see svn.collab.net's not resolving again.

Anyway, I've attached my packet capture.
