If you believe this, then contributing to any open source
project is inadvisable.

In my mind, at least, a significant part of the *point* of
open source software is to enrich others even as you enrich
yourself.

And even if you think that enriching others isn't at all the
point, it's pretty hard to avoid. Even the GPL doesn't prevent
other people/companies from profiting off of GPL'd software,
and most other OSS licenses are less restrictive.
