Ok I talked to much and did not make my question clear:
While I know I can see diffs between any revision can I update to
say up to r4100 + r4161 (a changeset) and make svn know about that?
Or exclude the changeset which created r3989 from 3988 now that I am
at 4100?
I mean can I use changesets or patchsets as they are in perforce? And probably BK.
