Moving DB 4.1.24

What work remains to be done to make BDB 4.1.24 official?

I've seen the outstanding issues, but I'm not sure what needs to be done.

Not exactly sure what to do about this bug. I have both BDB 4.0 and BDB
4.1 installed and apr-util finds the wrong one.

Master bug for switching to BDB4.1. Nothing to do as far as I can tell.
