I tried with C: drive current always.

I tried db_verify.exe on several files; it doesn't give any complaints.

I tried to dump some individual files and it seems to work as well.

Does that help?

I don't think it will matter, but have you tried
'svnadmin recover /svn/ExternalAdaptor' from the C: drive?

Can you use the Berkeley DB utils on the DB environment. Can you,
say, db_dump your database tables ("/svn/ExternalAdaptor/db/nodes" et al)?
