Any diagram-oriented tool?

I have several customized projects historically originated from the same
root. Each of them lives its own life with branches and merges and
sometimes I make "inter-merge" or create new branches manually. I wonder
if a
utility presenting all the history graphically exists. I mean to show
how
the project's family has grown up with days/months/years and in every
turn
point to display what happened there with all interesting data along.

I guess such tool doesn't exist for SVN but maybe someone can point me
to a good link
to ask around.

P.S. Btw, what's the most alive forum of CVS?
