Download svn-0.14.5-r3566-setup.exe when someone have approved it so it
will be visible at:
   http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=91

Install it and choose to install the "Installer related sources".
Use the %SVNPATH%\helpers\svnpath.exe program (look at my previos posting
about it). The usage for svnpath is simple:
    svnpath --help and
    svnpath add "{pf}" and
    svnpath remove "{pf}"

You can use svnpath.exe for this purpose on any Windows distribution.

I think that svn-0.14.5-r3566-setup.exe are visible within one or four
hours when someone with the right permissions aprove it.
