ANN: svn-0.14.5-r3566-setup.exe ready for aprovement

Hi,

I have just uploaded svn-0.14.5-r3566-setup.exe as a suggested file at
the Subversion File Sharing site.

I suggest that someone removes the pre svn-0.14.5-r3566-setup.exe files.

Now, I feel that the Installer related files are ready to be committed to
the Subversion repository.
I have a lot more work to do and the big task is to automate setups for
documentation (MS HTML-help) and compiled files independed on wich
compiler(s) (and Debug vs. Release..) or wich precompiled binaries the
distro maker have by hands.
But the installer related files and the source for svnpath are ready for
adding to the repository.

May I have the honour to commit this to packages/win32-innosetup?

A big thanks goes to brain which helped me with pre compiled binaries so
I had better time to finish and test the setup for the 0.14.5 release.

News:
  * Upgraded to the Subversion contents of svn-win32-r3566.zip found
    on the Subversion home page
  * GNU diffutils
The bundled ones are installed in %SVNPATH%\helpers\cygdiff.
If a already installed version of the Cygwin diffutils are
detectect during the installation, then the user are promted
to answer if he/she (or anyone in the middle) want to use the
    already installed or bundled ones.
The user are recommended by the Setup to use the already
installed ones if they are in the path.
The settings are saved in the HKLM/HKCU subversion area in the
registry depending of the current user's privileges.
  * svnpath are back in town :-)
This time it's written in C and should work as espected in all
the Windows 32 versions. It compiles at least under MinGw-2x,
    bcc550 and VC5.
The program adds/removes the Subversion path to the system path.
-In the Win9x variations, it edits Autoexec.bat
-In the NT variations it edits the environment entry in HKLM or
HKCU depending of the current user's privileges.
