because nobody has committed them. i'm not actually a freebsd
committer.

i replied to the emails when those pr's were submitted saying they were
ok with me, but for some reason nobody picked up on them and committed
them. i may have replied to the original email rather than the one
from the pr system, which would explain it.

i'll be updating them to work with the current release soon, and i'll
try to make sure they don't get ignored.
