Hmm.. Well, yes, it does come with that, and I printed it out and was
working from it the whole time. In fact I had that section right in
front of me while I was trying to figure this problem out.

I don't know, maybe I'm dense. I guess I'd suggest making that section,
or at least the explanation of that problem, more verbose and specific.
I could see that it described a problem to avoid, but I just thought, "well,
I hope I got *that* right". I may also have been confused because the text
identified the problem specifically with database files; and some databases
have their own concept of permissions, independent of UNIX file permissions.
