Heck no! If we hadn't taken so long to get the book announced and into
the repository, you wouldn't have submitted the patch against the
handbook. No point in punishing you for our lack of promptness. :)

Ahh. Good point. I've added this into appa.xml as a comment until we get
around to fleshing out this part.
