Normally I'd be a little annoyed that someone did a bunch of work I
was started to do myself, especially after noting such in the issue
database. :-)

However, on this occasion, I'll just sing your praises and publicly
state that GREG HUDSON ROX!

I've updated the editor-conversion.txt file with more k-nowledge, and
the issue with a patch to get svn_repos_dir_delta driving new
editors. All that really remains are the mod_dav_svn and
libsvn_ra_dav editors, and the repos_diff editor, I think. That's
awesome! We're paying a significant memory penalty every time we wrap
an editor for compatibility, so I'd love to see this task finished and
old interface banished into the bitbucket.
