Thanks for the reminder. Karl actually came across it in The Great
Patch Sweep and sent a reminder. :)

I skipped the xrefs in your patch because they are currently in a
state of flux as we work through the book. I applied the rest of your
fixes after some hunting about [big thanks to grep :)] aside from one
which is below. Thanks a million for the careful review and the patch.

This is a good point about contacting the repository, but why have you
removed the note about -v showing long format as well?
