I can't remember the details, but it's mainly time.
CVS2SVN is faster than before anyway, since it was dominated by the
checkout time. Remember?

When school comes around, I put things on the back burner.
That's the way it goes for me every year.
I generally concentrate on gcc, some gdb, some other misc stuff.
cvs2svn is on the back burner.
