Well, let's figure out what those warnings mean. The funny thing is, I'm
not seeing them, and I'm also using the most up-to-date apr-iconv, with
MSVC 6.5. (Although, looking at the code, I suspect I should be seing
those warnings, too...)

Hm, I wonder if I simply disabled the conversions somehow.
