[PATCH] svn/tools/cvs2svn/cvs2svn.py

Attached is a patch I created to make cvs2svn.py import into /trunk, I
made it sort of generic so it's possible to define a path to import into.

Anyone made something that will import and place tags into /tags ? Maybe
something easy as going from the output in cvs2svn-data.tags?
