Well, I can confrm that the default-proxy mechanism doesn't work for me,
either. It does work if I define a specific proxy with the patterns in
[groups]. That's very strange; the config reading code in
libsvn_ra_dav/session.c looks just fine. Oh well, there's another thing
to debug...
