I'm glad we're getting rid of the inconsistency.

But I'm also kind sad, because now we really have no way to tell if a
file or dir has any properties. I mean, by definition, we *always*
have text, but not necessarily props.

The confusion was coming from the fact that we were overloading the
second status column as both a 'prop state' flag, as well as boolean
'has_props' flag.

I wish we could get the boolean back somehow...
