I've consistently wedged (if I understand the meaning)
it by doing "svn add -R; svn ci" on a LARGE directory
structure, one of whose directories contains on the
order of 1000 files. The funny thing is that the
transaction processes OK and I don't have to
db_recover. OTOH, I had to dump the working
directory. Come to think of it, maybe it was just in
the middle of updating the working directory info?
Although, it was chugging for about 30 minutes before
I killed it.
HTH,
Noel
