Design Doc retirement

Hi,

It might be a good idea for us to either retire the Design
Doc, or bring it up to speed, or stick a big fat warning
on it that it has been quite some time since someone touched
it.

I'm getting the feeling people are getting burned or are
feeling mislead by the document.

Thoughts?
