Not that I'm particularly fond of the "yes but", "they also have it"
game, but isn't it the same problem with CVS ? Ok, this doesn't solve
the problem, but at least people which were used to CVS won't be
confronted to a new problem ...

And I would say that the best solution is the dynamic dns one as said
by smb else. It's really easy to use and this is always useful.
