"make install" fails under cygwin

I get the following:
/home/nyap/proj/oss/subversion-r3200/ac-helpers/install-sh
-c svn /home/nyap/opt/subversion-r3200/bin/svn
chmod: changing permissions of
`/home/nyap/opt/subversion-r3200/bin/#inst.1756#': No
such file or directory
make: *** [install-bin] Error 1

It looks like the error occurs due to the .exe
extension to #inst.1756#. Since I'm not even an
autoconf newbie, for now I'll just manually add the
.exe extension where necessary. If, in the future,
this can be fixed, it'd be great.
