Euh... Subversion and its community has never been about money and who wants
to pay for what feature. As sort of a mutual consent, we have a target
feature set for 1.0, and that is exactly what we're shooting for.
Personally, I think it would be a shame if the community were turned into
some kind of "how much would you pay for that?" situation.

If individuals want to build things on top of Subversion, or even introduce
features into SVN itself, and do that for money. Great. More power to them.
But I'd hope that isn't where the community as a whole goes.
