smart arch servers

Another application I have in mind for svn is to build "smart" `arch'
servers: repositories that speak arch protocols (which have the
property that they can work with "dumb" (ftp-level) servers), but that
are backed by a svn repository, and glue code that can compute various
useful objects on-demand (such as file histories, merge histories, and
arbitrary deltas). For this too, I don't think there's anything
you're currently missing that it would take to at least get started on
this -- Is it soup yet? Yes!
