Review of the existing goals and design in parallel with the 1.0
train of development with a target of 2.0 makes a lot of sense.

Even so, I'm waiting like a crouching tiger to jump on 1.0 final. I
certainly wouldn't want it delayed -- I echo the pained sentiments of
other CVS admins and users on this list. ;-)
