The only thing I've seen is here:

Besides CVS, they also compare Perforce, Clearcase, and others...no Arch or
SVN though. But it might not be the most "neutral" source, since it is on the
BK website :)

I would also like to see a nice review of various SCM systems. Don't any of
the software dev mags have some articles like this? Google isn't turning up
much...
