The access log. What is happening there? Are there any PROPFINDS on
directories containing lots of files? A PROPFIND on a directory
containing lots of items is a known problem, see issue 773.

Is your server running on Linux? Is it being killed by the the OOM
killer? Take a look in the syslog.
