Scripts can run from terminals with stdin being a tty and still not want
to have the user be prompted for username and password information.

I would prefer to have svn fail if authentication fails, possibly with
information about what happened and how to correct the situation. How
a username/password stored in the wc gets updated is not a big concern for
me, but some non-interactive method should be provided to perform the update.
