Thanks for all the suggestions. I really do need
and appreciate them. Unfortunately, I left work
in the middle of the day yesterday and won't be
able to resume fixing my SVN issues until tuesday.

I have to admit that apache was still running
when I attempted to do svnadmin dump.

If there is a way to confirm what SVN version
the DB was created with so I could make sure I'm
not mixing versions of svnadmin & the DB.
Is the DB stamped somehow with the SVN version
when created ?

Thanks for the help. I will have to fix this
because if I can't backup the repository, that
would be BAD. :-)
