undo

OK, I've now had to "unwedge" the main svn repository twice this
evening. I can't remember the last time this repository has ever
wedged, if ever. Every attempt to access the DB environment produced
an "out-of-memory" error.

I can't explain it, but for paranoid reasons I've disabled the viewcvs
link for now. I suspect the python/swig/fs bindings somehow aren't
cleaning up pools or locks or something correctly...?
