[ANNOUNCE] Apache 2.0.42 Released

Just a heads up for the people here that have been
waiting for 2.0.42 to come out. For those of you
who haven't experienced it hands on: 2.0.40 is NOT
compatible with current Subversion. 2.0.42 however, is.
