Okay, I've generally failed at this. I can't exactly pin down exactly which calls cause the failure. This is, at least partially, because I can't exactly nail down what data is going into the functions.

Of course, I've also discovered that I am actually using a much earlier version than I expected, so I may have even wasted your time. I'm currently using 0.13.2 (dev build). I'll check out the changelogs to make sure that there are no nasties that are going to bite me, but I'm planning on upgrading to 0.14.1. I'll see if I can use that to dump the database. If that works, then I'll upgrade to 0.14.2. Otherwise, I'll just wait until you guys release or guarantee that the database format won't change again, and then I'll archive my current repositories and a copy of subversion that can read them.

Thanks for the advice, though.
