propose slight change to 'svn log' output

Currently, each log message is separated from the next by a line of 72
dashes. Unfortunately (and this is my fault) the *first* log message
is also preceded by a line of 72 dashes. This means you can't just
append successive outputs from 'svn log' and have look the same as the
equivalent single invocation would look. Sorry about that; I don't
know what I was thinking.

Anyway, it's a simple tweak to get rid of that initial separator line,
but I wanted to ask here first, since it's a format change.

(We probably have a script or two in tools/ that will need to be
correspondingly tweaked, but that'll be easy.)

Any objections?
