I have. I RTFM'd quite a bit. I think I only skimmed the design
document though.

Definately a start, though tags might be important. (notes that for
this report)

Well, that's why I'm comparing it, to make a recommendation (and to
fulfill my academic requirement for four analytical work-related
reports). The pros and cons list is quite long. If you (collectively)
like, I will supply the finished report here. Of course, it'll be dated
quite quickly as new features come along. :)
