The cvs2svn script, its in the tools directory, but you need to install swig
and viewcvs (it uses rcsparse) in order to get this to work and that was a
little bit of a pain in the rear with redhat 7.3. Run setup.py with python2
in the subversion/bindings/swig/python directory.
